In addition to student accommodation, Posterity owns and manages residential and retail properties. Most of our properties are in areas where upgrade initiatives are contributing to urban renewal. Our main objective is to acquire properties in decline and develop or refurbish them into properties that offer value for money to the inner city market and are impactful to society.
Residential Properties
We entered the real estate market in 2005, acquiring properties in decline in Berea, Yeoville , Bellevue, Johannesburg inner city and Northcliff areas alongside other property entrepreneurs of the time. Although we exited most of the investments, we retain a portfolio of 5 properties. This property portfolio includes well-located buildings such as Houghton Park, Mount Dev, Trentbridge, Ermano Court, and Helmar Court, each positioned along key public transport corridors to ensure accessibility and convenience.
